Sebastián Naranjo

Sebastián Naranjo is the founder and co-owner of SRK CAPITAL, an entrepreneur, creator, and lifelong student of beauty whose work is rooted in a simple belief: a beautiful life is not built through grand gestures, but through intentional living.

His journey began on the stage. From an early age, he was drawn to performance, gathering his siblings and cousins for impromptu productions before eventually training at South Coast Repertory, one of Southern California’s premier theatrical conservatories. It was there, after being cast in the company’s annual production of A Christmas Carol, that he first experienced the transformative power of storytelling and knew he wanted to become an actor.

He soon began pursuing film and television professionally, booking national commercials and appearing in series including Feud: Bette and Joan, The Bridge, and Grown-ish. Yet, while entering high school, he made a promise to himself that would shape the course of his life: if his acting career had not reached the place he envisioned by his senior year, he would step away to build a business strong enough to ensure that one day he could return to creating—not because he needed to, but because he wanted to.

When that moment arrived, he kept his promise.

At just seventeen years old, Sebastián walked into a local real estate office with little more than a résumé and an eagerness to learn. What began as a conversation became a mentorship that launched his career in real estate before ultimately leading him into the mortgage industry. In 2022, alongside his business partner Kai Youngman, he co-founded SRK CAPITAL with the conviction that even in a challenging market, exceptional service and long-term relationships would endure. Today, the firm has grown into a respected mortgage brokerage, providing him with something he always considered the true measure of success: the freedom to create.

That freedom has allowed Sebastián to return to the passions that have always defined him. Through his rapidly growing social media platforms, where he has built a community of over 80,000 followers, he shares a world centered on friendship, gardens, art, entertaining, and the rituals that make everyday life more meaningful. His videos and writing are less about perfection than they are about possibility—encouraging others to discover that beauty can be cultivated in any home, at any budget, and in every season of life.
